Guliz is a community builder, entrepreneur, and technical project manager who thrives at the intersection of innovation, connection, and impact. As the co-founder of Lynx Ecosystems, she is passionate about creating digital platforms that foster collaboration, sustainability, and shared growth. A devoted mom and active volunteer, Guliz brings empathy and real-world perspective to her leadership, guiding projects that strengthen communities and make technology more human-centered.
DIANA QUAYNOR STEPHEN
Diana is a technology and innovation advisor with more than two decades of experience across global development, healthcare, enterprise data systems, AI, and human-centered product design. She has worked in public, private, and international settings—supporting digital initiatives at MIDA Group, 3M, GSI Health, CSC, and USAID. Her work spans data strategy, analytics, interoperability, and emerging technologies, grounded in collaborative problem-solving and practical insight. She also brings a strong community perspective through her volunteer work with the public school system, where she supports family engagement, equity efforts, and districtwide communication.
As Co-Founder of Lynx Ecosystems, she is creating a connected suite of AI-driven tools that make everyday family life easier. Its flagship platform, GearPile, enables peer-to-peer sharing of gear and household essentials, helping families cut costs, reduce waste, and strengthen community ties. Across all her work, Diana believes that the best technology is practical, intuitive, and nearly invisible—serving people without adding complexity.
PATRICK COREA
Patrick is a seasoned business partnership strategist with over three decades of experience spanning Fortune 500 innovation. During his 27-year career at 3M, he held progressive leadership roles culminating in business partner management and strategic alliances—where he orchestrated cross-functional collaborations that drove market expansion, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Building on that foundation, Patrick joined Lynx, a peer-to-peer marketplace platform, as a founding team member. There, he applied his enterprise-honed expertise to the start-up world, crafting scalable partnership ecosystems and aligning mission-driven organizations with platform growth. His work at Lynx included strategic fundraising, integrating partner offerings, and designing co-marketing initiatives that resonated across generational and cultural lines.
Patrick also brings deep experience in nonprofit board engagement, advising NGOs on governance, fundraising, and strategic planning. His ability to navigate both corporate and cause-based environments makes him a rare hybrid—equally fluent in metrics and mission, innovation and impact.
